Continuing with my easy DIY gift ideas, here is something that took me no more than 30 minutes. I bought some gold fabric paint, and even though the original plan was to do a pattern all over the shirt, at the very last minute I decided to go with this very simple idea: some contrast on pockets, front, and collar. I think it turned out quite nice, and you could easily do this with other colors as well, perhaps black? (Black and white is such a sophisticated combo). Or you could go with red for a more festive look? the possibilities are endless really!! 😉
The top I bought is this one and it was on sale for $15 so this project came under $20, not bad at all!
