Happy Saturday guys! Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! It’s been a warm Fall so far with temperatures around 20 celsius, not complaining but certainly confused! Tomorrow I’m running the Scotiabank half and I’m excited and intrigued at how I’m going to run. I’ve been pushing myself a bit with the Nike team every week and it’s been paying off. Last time I ran it, it was for the fun of it and didn’t do bad at all so tomorrow I’ll definitely make a conscious effort to push my limits and see where I’m at!
