Happy Monday everyone, hope your last official weekend of Summer was great! I’m not mad at all at this warm weather we’ve been enjoying since last week, way to say goodbye Summer! Continuing with my love affair wit eyelet, here’s a top I picked up while in NY last month. Even though I do wear white during Fall and Winter and absolutely don’t care at all about that no-white-after-labour-day rule (does anyone pay attention to that anymore? I feel like it’s so out-dated!), I love a black top to dress things up a bit because there’s nothing like the elegance that black brings, right? This top fits a bit large so make sure to size down, and while it’s not exactly a “crop” top, it is short (my jeans are high waisted so I’m able to tuck it in). Keep the rest of your outfit and accessories simple with classics like skinny jeans, a black tote and single-strap sandals, and you definitely make it stand out 😉
