Life File: Prince Edward County Musts

I previously shared about The June Motel in Prince Edward County (read about it here) and today I want to highlight some great spots that are 100% worth visiting next time you’re in the area. From eating the most delicious pizza, to sipping amazing wine, and hitting some cute coffee shops, I hope you like these places as much as I did!

STAY: Highly recommend The June Motel for your trip (I shared all about it here) and if you happen to find a room at the Drake Devonshire that’s another great option, one that’s in my bucket list 😉

If you’re looking for a cute spot to either have breakfast or some afternoon tea/coffee, you can’t go wrong with The Vic and Kin Café. They both are incredibly charming, serve great food, and the ambiance is lovely. The raspberry mint tea I had while visiting was so refreshing!
The Lavender farm is full of charm and they have an on-site store where you can get lots of lavender themed goodies, including lavender infused ice-cream 🙂 Plus, they own a cute bed and breakfast in case you want to sleep surrounded by fields of lavender.
If there’s one place I HIGHLY recommend visiting, is the Norman Hardy Winery. Their wood-fired thing-crust pizzas are heavenly (one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten) and if you like white wines, I really enjoyed their Riesling.
Another great spot to visit is Parsons Brewing Company, which only opened 4 months ago. If you like tacos and beer then you’ll love this place. The vegetarian tacos and the guacamole were delicious!
With basically a bit over 24 hours in PEC, I know I barely scratched the surface of everything there’s to do and see, but if you’re visiting or planning a trip, I’m positive you’ll enjoy these places as the food, ambiance, and service were superb.
