Food File: Cheese Platter Guide

One of the easiest things to put together is a cheese platter. It’s one of those no-fuss and no-fail offerings that go a long way and that everyone enjoys, have some wine or mojitos handy and everyone is happy. I often have my girlfriends over to catch-up on our lives and when I don’t make pizza or crostinis, I just put together a cheese platter. The beauty about it is that you can definitely create it with food that is in your refrigerator and it doesn’t take more than 15 min to arrange. That’s what I call being practical 😉

Not that I’m a chef or cheese platter connoisseur but below is a guide for creating the perfect cheese platter. I find that it’s helpful to keep handy 😉
