This week I’m happy to feature Drew’s favorite makeup products. Drew is the talented blogger behind Coral Café, a daily read of mine, who recently joined the contributors team for one of my favorite blogs, Made by Girl. Check them both out!
Do you have a makeup tip or secret you would like to share?
Always use an eye cream in the morning and at night for added moisture that the delicate skin around the eye needs the most. Sometimes a metal spoon rinsed under cold water, then rubbed gently over and under the eye can depuff and minimize dark circles. Plus it just wakes your eyes up in the morning!
Any particular makeup trend that you’re looking forward for winter?
This winter I’m looking forward to more glitzy shadows and red lips! I’ve been trying glitter and sparkles over my nail polish, to make my holiday look even more festive! I’m also curious as to how the ombre nail color scheme will look from shades of burgundy to rose.
How does your day makeup routine differs from your night time one?
My beauty routine in the morning is just enough to cover discoloration, with a couple swipes of blush and tons of under eye concealer! (I’m obsessed with concealer and the under eye area, if you haven’t already noticed!)
At night, I glide the gel liner on top and bottom lids for a more dramatic effect. More coats of blush are swiped on and a bright fuchsia or pink is added to the pout!
