What’s your current makeup bag?
My friend recently nabbed this gorgeous make up bag for me on one of her recent shopping trips. Love the summer colours and the fun pattern. A little fun in your bag.
Do you have a makeup tip or secret you would like to share?
I am a big believer in taking care of your skin as much as you can. Seriously, I started my eye cream rituals in my early twenties! Exfoliate and rejuvenate is my motto. So these days I swear by Vasanti BrightenUP face rejuvinator, Vasanti Eye Wonder Triple Action eye cream, Oil of Olay Professional Pro-x Rotating brush, and Mario Bedescu Vitamin C Serum. I kid you not, that vitamin C serum is the only product I have ever used where I saw a difference the very next day!
Any particular makeup trend that you’re looking forward for fall?
I’m digging the coral/bright lip trend…but I find it tricky to find the right shade on my brown skin. Seriously…sometimes I can look like I have neon on my lips and that is not the intended look.
How does your day makeup routine differs from your night time one?
During the day I usually stick to my basic concealer, powder, touch of blush, eyeliner and some lip colour. At night, I take it up a notch with bolder eyes and lips.
