Blog Series: Keep Moving

As much as running seems to be this easy exercise where you just put your shoes on and hit the street, it has more layers to it than that. As any other physical activity I like to read about it and be informed, I mean, is your body what you’re using, and you have to be careful about what you do, otherwise you can seriously injure yourself. Knowledge is key!

Reading a book can be as equally as inspiring as a magazine, and these 2 are my very very favorite. If you’re a girl who runs you need to read Women’s Running, it’s incredibly helpful, doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, if you run or are thinking on taking running seriously, this is for you.  And whether you run or not, Lance Armstrong’s book is one of the most inspirational books I’ve read, seriously. I think I finished reading it in 2-3 days. I always, always keep it mind during my trainings.
