Let me tell you the story behind these shorts: last week I attended a fun styling event at the 7 For All Mankind store here in Toronto (thanks to my pal Jenny who graciously invited me as her plus one) where I fell in love with these jeans. I really liked them but I was not willing to pay the price tag for something I don’t need while I have other priorities. So, since I couldn’t stop thinking about them, I did some online research and snagged these Old Navy denim cut-offs* for just $20 (for you in the States they would be $15!), and I sewed a couple of crystals I had at home (if you can sew a button, trust me, you can do this!) and voilá! Very happy with my new embellished denim cut-offs 🙂
*These shorts are amazing! For just $15 they are totally worth it, I went a size up because I like loose fitting shorts, and they fit pretty good, I highly recommend them, I really really love them. Plus, they come in a variety of colors 😉
