Inspired by these shorts spotted on Elizabeth when in Dallas, I added some pizzazz to these coral denim cut offs, and I have to say, I’m really happy with the result!
All you need is some studs (I picked mine at a fabric store nearby), make any pattern you like, and voila! It’s such an easy way to dress up anything, imagine how pretty would this look on some black or white silk shorts? I’m sure I’ll be doing this again, or perhaps something similar, maybe glam up a top inspired by this one? 😉
I chose a pattern and laid the studs exactly the way I wanted the design to look like
I made some pencil marks for guidance (just the center studs)
I used pliers to attach the studs onto the fabric
And with a little patience, ta-da!
