Well, the first week back in The Island wasn’t that bad, went by pretty quickly as I was busy as hell. Today I found fresh baby spinach at the shop, yes, fresh! Couldn’t believe it. Now, when I say I found Fresh spinach, this is the real picture: 4 little plastic boxes of spinach, that’s it (naturally I took 2).
Hope you enjoy the weekend, I’ll be trying to bring back to life my dried garden (hasn’t rained in weeks!), and maybe, maybe, building a second veggie garden 😉
