Life File: Hair Products and Tools I Swear By

Today I want to share with you my go-to hair care products and tools! When it comes to hairstyling tools you can’t deny that there are no better looking products than the ones T3 Micro makes, right? But that’s not all they are, their products really work and whenever I talk to someone who also owns them we agree that they are simply the best. And in the hair care department, I absolutely love Kérastase products. There’s no one single product I’ve tried that I didn’t like. See below my top 12 favourite products and read why and how I use each!

Kérastase Aura Botanica Shampoo for Dry Hair: I usually alternate this shampoo with the Nutritive Shampoo for Dry Hair. I love both but when I feel like my hair is a bit extra dry because of styling products then I use the Aura Botanica.

Kérastase Aura Botanica Conditioner and Nutritive Conditioner for Normal to Dry Hair: Both leave your hair super soft, especially the Aura Botanica, it’s pretty unreal how smooth to the touch your hair feels immediately after use.

Kérastase Resistance Mask for Damaged Hair and Nutritive Mask for Dry Fine Hair: I alternate these masks too and probably use them 3 times a week. I particularly love how the resistance mask leaves my hair after I swim so it’s my go-to for swimming days when I want to give my hair some extra care.

Kérastase Elixir Ultime Oil Serum: This product leaves your hair SO FREAKING SHINY! I always get compliments! I use this whenever I’m air drying my hair or know that I won’t use any hot tools.

Kérastase Resistance Blow-Dry Primer for Damaged Hair: I use this every single time I blow dry my hair or use the styling tools. I apply it on damp hair right after I comb it.

T3 Micro Whirl Trio (sold here too): I love the interchangeable wands and the ones I use the most are the 1.25 inch barrel and 1.5 inch barrel. I haven’t really used the tappered one to be honest. When my hair is shorter I use the 1.25 inch barrel and when it’s a bit longer then the 1.5 inch barrel.

Single Pass Luxe (here too): This is the tool I use the most and what I love about it is that it doesn’t take me long to correct my ends or turn a terrible hair day into something decent. Sometimes you just need a little fix here and there to make you feel better you know? I don’t even use it on the hottest setting and already find it works wonders, so if you’re looking for a great straightener, I highly recommend it. There’s also a travel version which I find super convenient as it’s a bit smaller and comes with a cap (perfect to store in your suitcase right after using!)

Featherweight Hair Dryer (now they sell one called Cura): Looks like the featherweight hair dryer is no longer available and they have introduced a new one, the Cura. I find interesting that even though it doesn’t feel as hot as another hair dryer I own, it dries my hair just as fast.

While I admit that these are not exactly cheap products and tools, I have to say, they are worth their price, so if you decide to incorporate any of these to your daily routine at least you know that the investment won’t go to waste 😉
