Happy Friday everyone! I might be going on a road trip later this afternoon so I felt inspired to put together this list of road trip essentials 🙂
WEAR: When it comes to clothes I like to stick to comfy pieces and layers as they give you multiple choices to keep you warm depending on the weather along your trip. If you make a stop and find it a bit warmer all you have to do is take a layer off, and if it’s a bit cold you just pile them on. As for shoes, don’t forget to bring a comfy pair, something you can easily slip off if you want to get more comfortable (you don’t want to be wearing your super chunky winter boots but you also don’t want to expose your ankles if you’re making a pit stop and it’s super cold out). I love how easy to put on and take off these Sorel booties are.

PACK: I always make sure I have everything I could possibly need handy and I always bring snacks to avoid having to stop too much and to make sure my little one and I are eating healthy. I love packing homemade granola bars and cookies, nuts, fruits, and sandwiches, water, and if I’m not in the driver’s seat the latest book I’m reading and some magazines.
