Happy Monday! Hope you guys had a great weekend! I had the Town Shoes Pop-Up event on Saturday so it was nice to dress up a bit for a couple of hours (I was back in high-tops the next day!) and enjoy a lovely afternoon looking at the latest arrivals at Town Shoes and the great Fashion Show they had going on for the public.
A chartered streetcar took us to the store at the Eaton Centre and there we were greeted with cupcakes, pretty flowers and of course, shoes! The Fashion show was seriously amazing, short but full of great advice. I loved seeing how you can definitely rock a floral pump with edgy pieces (who knew that floral pumps were not necessarily for the girly girl?), and how great tall gladiator sandals go with a maxi dress and a chambray shirt (I’ve always seen them styled with denim shorts). Then of course, I had to do some shopping, and after considering a few pairs (these, these and these), I decided to go with these camel peep-toe booties. Perfect for Spring if you ask me 😉
