Happy Monday, hope your weekend was great! We just got hit with a snowstorm so I’m back to wearing my parka and winter booties, where is Spring?? Just when you think warm weather is coming your way, boom, snowstorm! It seriously feel like January.
But let’s talk about the simple white tee, that wardrobe staple that most of the times is overlooked. I mean, I get it, have you ever found yourself in a situation where you complimented someone’s white tee? It definitely doesn’t get the same reaction as a pretty eyelet top or floral blouse would get, but can you seriously picture your closet without it? I’m pretty sure that you at least own 3 white tees, am I right? And who else is constantly on the search for the perfect one? V-neck, with a front pocket, oversized….it’s pretty much like chambray shirts, you can’t just have one 😉
I got this boyfriend style from Old Navy and I have to say, for the price it’s definitely a steal! It has the perfect oversized look and for $9 you can definitely stock up on a few. I also like linen ones (they are great for Summer!) and this one looks great (and it’s just $12!). Other favorites that I own and recommend are this one and this one from Madewell. This one is another white tee I like, especially to pair with PJ pants 😉 What’s your take on the simple and classic white tee? Do you splurge? Do you save?
