Today I’m partnering up with Urban Outfitters to show you how you can wear a dress as a top. I originally intended to wear this as what it is, a dress, but then I thought it was a bit too short to be wandering around the city. The solution? Cinching it at the waist and wearing it over shorts. I love that now I know I can wear it as a cover-up and as a top, making it a perfect item to bring along with me on my trip to Florida next month 🙂
