Prayers for Boston

I thought that today the least I could do is pay respect to those who lost their lives and those who got injured from the tragic events at the Marathon. Boston has always been a special city for me as I lived there with my family when I was a kid, and then briefly (just 6 months) by myself just after graduating from college. I only have good memories from our time there and I cherish those years deeply. As a runner, this tragedy hit me in a particular way, and I just can’t understand how people can be so evil and still go on with their lives. I just have no more words to express how I feel about this horrendous act. Let’s dedicate this day to those who are grieving, those who are suffering, those who are fighting for their lives, those who are in shock, those who are helping, those who are no longer here.
