If you want to have some balance when mixing prints there is just one thing you should keep in mind: Large patterns go with small ones and vice versa. Why? When you pair two pieces with patterns of the same size they both loose their “power”, especially if they’re both small, and none remains as the star. If you take a look at last Friday’s post you can notice how in every outfit there is one large pattern paired with a small one. Having said this, if you don’t want to follow this “rule” and have fun pairing large with large or small with small, I won’t judge you at all 😉
