Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! I want to start the week with a little project I did a couple of months ago and that I haven’t shared with all of you. I had this very old ikea hemnes dresser which wasn’t doing it for me at all. But, since I really couldn’t find what I wanted, I decided to give it an easy makeover, and I’m really happy I did because not only I truly love the result, but I’m happy that I was able to transform an old piece into something I love at a low cost!
I just gave it two coats of primer and then 2 coats of white paint (with a roller). I also painted the legs with some gold paint for an extra little detail 😉 Then I changed the knobs with some brass ones I found at Anthropologie (no longer available but they always have an amazing selection of knobs). I think it took me 3 days (I had to wait 8 hours between coats) to complete, and to be honest it was quite easy, you just need to be patient 😉
